Yes, Indian Statistical Institute offers PhD in Statistics.

If you have completed M.Sc in Mathematics/Statistics with above 55% from a recognized university then you are eligible for Ph.D course in Statistics in Indian Statistical Institute.

Your age should be above 18 years.
