The aspirant can do the course in IGNOU through distance mode. The eligibility to study the BLIS course is a pass in Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks from a recognised university. The duration of the course is 1 year. There is no age limit for studying the course. You can apply online for the course. You can also contact the study center of IGNOU for more details.
