I have completed my B.Tech biotechnoly.
I have qualified dbt under category I.
Where can I go to pursue my phd in
southern side including
Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Bangalore.

Since you have qualified under category-I it is best that you pursue your PhD from Bangalore.
The best colleges to study PhD are in Bangalore.
The technical colleges of Bangalore is better than the Technical Colleges of Trivandrum and Hyderabad when it comes to higher studies.
If you are to pursue PhD then you must do so from the best possible college that is available to you.
