Sorry, it is not possible to do PhD without taking admission in any university. The aspirant should hold a Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks to be eligible for a PhD admission in any university in India. Those who are interested should apply to the PhD program and appear for the PhD Entrance Test conducted by the university for the admission. After clearing the entrance the candidate has to appear for an interview and then only the candidate will be admitted to the course. So it is not possible to do PhD without taking admission in any university.
