What to do after B.Sc microbiology to get a lecturer job?


I am a B.Sc microbiology 2nd year student. I want to get a job at B.Sc level after B.Sc. What can I do or to get a lecturer in college, what can I do?

For lecturer job you need at least a masters degree in given subject. B.Sc is not enough for such jobs. Also, you need to qualify NET/SET to make your chances brighter.

Hence, you have to pursue a masters degree in given subject now.
