I have completed my masters with political science.I aspire to get admitted for PhD so please let me know the eligibility criteria and informations regarding the entrance examination. Also let me know about the vacancies in different colleges of India.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course in Political Science:-

If you have completed masters degree in Political Science from a recognized university then you are eligible for Ph.D course in Political Science. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

You must have valid UGC NET score card.

There is no age criteria.
