What kind of benefits I will get other than PhD through ICAR-NET?

please tell me that what benefit i get apart from PhD if gives icar net entrance exam? please tell me as soon as possible thank you and regards |

I have qualified icar net and also doing PhD in food processing in iit kharagpur.what are the scopes now and suggest future scopes.
