What is the procedure to get admission in Vikram University, Ujjain to do Ph.D in Chemistry? I would like to join the Ph.D course in Chemistry and for that I need to know what all steps I should take? Looking forward to hear from you all about the same. Thank you!

For getting admission in Ph.D you must have Master's degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. Hence, if you have this qualification then you can apply for admission in the given university when the notification is released. If you belong to reserved category then you will need 50% marks only in the post graduation. Admission in Ph.D is mostly based on the NET/SLET/JRF/GATE scores in most of the top Universities/Institutes. Hence, if you have any of these scores then you will have good chance of getting admission in your choice of University, otherwise, you have to look for other options like appearing for University Ph.D entrance exam.

Therefore, just apply on a prescribed application format when notification is released and send it to the given address with all the required documents. You will be required to attend an interview before getting enrolled in the program. Then you have select a topic for your research work and get it approved by your Ph.D guide and then you have to defend your thesis to get the Ph.D qualification.
