When the Ph.D enrollment will began? How to enroll?
I have given examination of Ph.D. entrance in COMMAN ELIGIBILITY TEST in UTTAR PRADESH. I have passed but after 2 years waiting the registration procedure hasnt begain yet.. What should I do, n How could I enroll...for Ph.D.

all are fools along me gave who gave this exam it is just a way to collect 2000/- from students for try other state universities for PhD

I passed my M.A. exam in 1993 with second division but not obtained 55% marks. Further I have passed Ph.d. in 1997 & D.Litt. in 2006 . Am I elegible to appoint as lecturer or Assistant Professor as per U.G.C. norms? Pl. guide me. My cell no is 08600043066
