Whether PhD of UGC affiliated Deemed University acceptable for Government jobs?


Hello,
I would like to know is PhD from Deemed University valid by UGC for government jobs? Please let me know about this immediately.

If you have completed Ph.D course from UGC approved university then this degree is valid for government sector jobs. If any university is not recognized by UGC then the degree of this university not valid for any kind of jobs. So you check it on UGC website for your university name is present or not on UGC recognized list.

I am pursuing PhD from Jain university (deemed), Bangalore with lot of ambitions and career goals. After completion,
1. am I eligible to apply for Government jobs?
2. People are speaking, the PhD degree from deemed university or private university cause later problem for your big career or
3. the PhD degree have low priority in selecting the resume for career jobs?
Because people around me, trust the government funded universities.
Any suggestions or answers?
