Whether preparing for JRF in Management is beneficial to pursue Ph.D in Management? Procedure to get admission?

I m mcom with 63% Nw can I take admtn phd in management. .what is the process? I m also preparing for jrf in management to take admitn Is it the correct process ....plz help me soon |

It is better to go for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Management than PhD in Management. Through JRF you can select for lecturer in Government Colleges and Universities all over India. You have an additional advantage of award of Junior Research Fellowship. It is conducted twice in a year (June and December).
