Hey friend,

The basic qualification required for a job opportunity in the HR department of an organisation is a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.Good interpersonal communication and interaction is the major skill required for this profession. The course will be of 2 years duration.

As you have completed B.A which is a Undergraduate course you are eligible for applying for the MBA Course In Human Resource as per the education qualification which is needed. There is no age limit which is needed for the course as there is nothing specified.

There are many entrance exams which are conducted in India for candidate to join in MBA HR,and you need to satisfy the criteria framed for the exam, inorder to apply for them

TOP COLLEGES FOR MBA IN INDIA:
  • Fore School of Management
  • Icfai Business School
  • Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies
  • Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies
  • Indian Institutute of Forign Trade
  • Great Lakes Institute of Management.
  • International Institute of Business Studies
  • Jagannath International Management School
  • Accurate Institute of Management and Technology

As you have completed your B.A,then it is considered as the Bachelor Degree in Academics. Most of the business Schools or colleges just need a Bachelor degree, whereas some other only accept your Bachelor degree in related field,or else in Human Resources field. So after completion of your Masters degree then candidates would leaned about how to motivate employees, hiring capable employees, and there by improve the productivity.

You will be trained in your masters degree, about how to hire the skilled employees, creating employee training modules, comparing applicants, promoting interoffice communications.Basically you will be learned about both the local and global scale. Some of the core classes in Masters degree Human resources are,Human Resource planning.
Financial management, benefits and incentive packages,Personal Selection and training,Labor relations, collective bargaining and negotiating,Policy development and more. You may find your role as the following categories after your successful completion of Masters degree.

The roles to be played can be of Placement manager,International human resource manager,Labor relations manager,Human resource director,Benefits manager and more.

You can find your role in the various departments such as Placements, Job Training ,recruitment,Safety management.Even with your Bachelor degree you can find your role as Employee benefit manager,Labor relations specialist,Human Resource Manager and more.As you have been taught regarding the Organizational behavior,Staffing,Employee training,Workforce diversity,Workplace health and Safety,Employment Law and more.So since you studied the similar topics that you are going for in Human Resources masters degree, you will not feel studying it difficult. So you are eligible for doing course in your Masters.
