Am I eligible for Masters in HR after BA?
I have completed simple BA, can I take admission for mater degree in HR? eligibility for master degree in HR

As you have completed your B.A,then it is considered as the Bachelor Degree in Academics.Most of the business Schools or colleges just need a Bachelor degree,whereas some other only accept your Bachelor degree in related field,or else in Human Resources field.So after completion of your Masters degree then candidates would leaned about how to motivate employees,hiring capable employees,and there by improve the productivity.
You will be trained in your masters degree,about how to hire the skilled employees,creating employee training modules,comparing applicants,promoting interoffice communications.Basically you will be learned about both the local and global scale.Some of the core classes in Masters degree Human resources are,Human Resource planning. Financial management,benefits and incentive packages,Personal Selection and training,Labor relations,collective bargaining and negotiating,Policy development and more.You may find your role as the following categories after your successful completion of Masters degree.
