Can I get admission in Osmania University if scored 27 marks in GATE-ECE being a ST student? Should I have to appear in PGECET?

i have got 27 marks in ece branch gate,s.t cateogry.
i want to join in osmania university to join,
is gate score is valid or not
again i should write pgecet exam for admission????
