Hi, I'm currently working as Technical Recruiter for US clients and would like to pursue MBA to get into HR operations field. Could you please tell me the course to pursue distance education and also let me know, if my experience in US staffing helps me in getting a job ?

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR through*distance*mode. But you must get admission in a very reputed Open University & score good marks. But note that those candidates who have done MBA through regular mode will be called first. Your*experience*will definitely count when you apply for the job.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR in distance mode. The candidates who have passed graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university are eligible to study MBA in HR through distance mode. The admission to the course will be done on the basis of written test conducted by the university. The course is useful for those who wish to pursue their career in the Human Resource Management.
