Dear sir/Madam,

Kindly arrange a soft copy of the application form for entrance test ( OPENMAT) from IGNOU.

I looked for it on the official site www.ignou.ac.in but couldnt find it to my despair. A soft copy or the link to download from the website should also suffice.

IGNOU OPENMAT APPLICATION FORM:

I have attached the soft copy application form for IGNOU OPENMAT Exam. Download it and fill in the application form.

You need to send the filled applicatin form to the below mentioned address in the form of Registered/Speed Post,

Student Evaluation Division,
IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi - 110068

Last date to send in the application form for OPENMAT - XXXVII exam is 15th December, 2014.

Make sure you have taken a photo copy for reference of the filled in application form.
