No you are not eligible for M.Sc Agriculture course after B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Those candidates who are interested to apply for M.Sc Agriculture course, the candidate must have completed their bachelor degree in relevant specialization (Agricultural Science). Since, you have completed your bachelor degree in Mechanical specialization so, as per your specialization you are not eligible fro M.Sc in Agriculture course.

M.Sc in Agriculture Requirement are as follows:

• M.Sc in Agriculture requires B.Tech degree or B.Sc degree in the relevant degree from recognized university.
• Requires minimum 50% marks.
• Admission is on the basis of performance in undergraduate degree and marks obtained in previous degree

However, after completing B.Tech Mechanical Engineering course you can apply for higher degree courses like, M.Tech or M.E in Mechanical Engineering course.

If you want to do masters in agriculture engineering after B.tech, then you can apply for M.Tech agriculture engineering. Here below are details regarding M.Tech agriculture engineering:-
