It is not possible to do M.Tech in Metallurgy course after completion of B.Sc. You must opt for B.E or B.Tech in Metallurgy to do M.Tech in the same stream.

Sorry to tell that you are not eligible for M.Tech metallurgy after completing B.Sc.
To do M.Tech you must have either completed B.Tech or M.Sc. Now you must complete M.Sc to do M.Tech course.

The basic eligiblity for M.Tech after completing M.Sc is
1. Candidates must complete M.Sc with specialization with maths, physics, chemistry, electronics, statistics, computers etc.
2. There is no age limit for doing M.Tech
3. To do M.tech you must pass GATE exam or other state conducted m.tech exam.

After passing the entrance exam you do m.tech
