Management Trainee positions offered at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited provide stipend up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs per annum during probation period itself. After successful completion of training, these candidates are appointed for job positions with salary package between Rs. 16,400 and Rs. 40,500/- per month.

Reputed institutes often consider metallurgical engineering graduates for the position of ‘Research Fellow/Project Assistant’.
