You are in final year of B.Sc in CS. You have two options for higher study - MCA and M.Sc degree. M.Sc degree have less opportunity in industry. So you can apply for MCA course. The duration of MCA course is 3 years. After completion of MCA course you should go Ph.D course easily through GATE or UGC NET exam.
