PhD in Music(Indian Classical) can be done in USA without TOEFL & GRE?


May i do ph.d in music(related Indian classical music) in usa with out toffel & gre ? hope you are getting my point clearly please do help me out.

In any course from a USA University you need IELTS/TOEFL score if you belong to India or a country where English is not spoken.

You have to qualify any one of these tests with a minimum score for admission in any top university in USA.
