please tell me the study pattern for gate.what efforts i do for getting good % in gate. with out coaching it is possible ?

GATE is an entrance examination which not only paves the way for higher studies in the best technical institutes of the country but also provides an opportunity to get employment opportunity in the PSUs which is government sector. Hence the competition level is very high. As a result, you need to put a lot of hard work to score a very good result since the percentile is relative to the performance of other candidates.

First of all, you should be thorough with the concepts and your fundamentals should be strong. Then you need to practice a lot of questions since practice with concept being crystal clear will lead to success in GATE. You can refer to the various reference books and solve as many problems as possible. Lastly, keep calm and be confident.
