What is the importance of Psychology in HR field?
I have done MPM and I look forward to attaining knowledge in the field of psychology. Just want to know, what is the importance of psychology in the HR field?

Psychology is very much important for you in HR as HR is all about trying to understand the mental and physical ability of any person or to convince a person/group, etc.
So, if one doesn't has any idea about what psychology is, then there is going to be a little more trouble for the person at HR post. |
