Sir,
I will complete my B.Com this year. I want to know that should I have to study M.Com or not? Because I don’t know any benefit I get after M.Com. I will search job after my B.Com but my friends are telling me to do post graduation. So, what can I do in this situation?

If your aim is higher education and you want to become a lecturer then you can surely go for M.Com, otherwise, you can ho for job which will help you to gain experience in your field.

Normally, masters is for those who want to enter research or academics field. Most of the post graduates try to qualify NET to become lecturer or go for PH.D in their field. If you are getting a decent job then you should go with it because in the end you want a job than a degree.
