Whether special qualification is required to join Teacher Training course?

I want to do Teacher Training course because I want to join Pre-School to become a Teacher. I would like to know about the qualification which is required for doing Teacher Training course. I mean any special qualification is needed?

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks from a recognized University are eligible for Teacher Training course.

But your your age should be below 40 years.
