I have scored 54% in 10th, 65% in 12, 74% in BCA and 75% in MCA ...can i get the job in software company(small or medium)...i have good programming skill in in c ,c and java...but not good communication skill and English knowledge...??

As per your 12th standard marks, you are not eligible for any IT companies as freshers.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IT companies is 60%. Candidates having pending backlog are not eligible for IT companies recruitment. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IT companies recruitment.

I am extremely sorry to state that you will not be eligible for most of the software companies. This is because they have eligibility criteria according to which one needs to have 60% or above in their entire career. Since you have less than 60% in your tenth so you are not eligible.

There is nothing to get disheartened as you cannot change your past. There are many companies which do not have such criteria, so you need to get employment opportunity in those companies. Once you are experienced and good at work, there will be no worry of 54% in 10th in future. However, you need to improve your communication skill especially English since this is a mandatory and prime criteria of selection by any company in this world.
