Job Profile: The candidate has to provide technical support (voice) to clients over the telephone. For this candidate has to solve technical queries of clients across the globe by means of telephone.
Educational Qualifications: The candidate can be a graduate in any field. He should also have any polytechnic diploma of 3 years after 10th or 12th standard. The candidate must have good communication skills of spoken as well as written English. The candidate must have good technical knowledge and able to use internet. Fresher can also apply for the post.
Experience: The candidate must carry minimum experience of 5 years in the same field of operation.
