I am having 65% in B.Tech, 67% in 12th and 59.6% in 10th. Can I apply to get job as a System Engineer in TCS? Please let me know about the salary of System Engineer in TCS. Waiting for your response.

I am extremely sorry to state that you are not eligible for System Engineer post in TCS being a B.Tech fresher. This is because you do not have 60% throughout your career as your 10th percentage is 59.6%. As per eligibility criteria of TCS you need to have 60% throughout your career, 10th, 12th and B.tech. Even a percentage of 59.9% is discarded and the student is made ineligible .
Salary of System Engineer trainee is 3.2 lakhs per annum and that of System Engineer is 3.6-3.8 lakhs per annum depending on your rating as System Engineer trainee.

If you want to apply for the job in TCS you can, but before that i wanted to tell you the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the recruitment drive of TCS.

In order to apply for the TCS, you must have minimum of 60% throughout your academic career, that is you must have 60% in your 10th 12th as well as in Engineering.

SO, you can check your eligibility accordingly. And one more thing salary of the System engineer varies from companies to companies and profile to profile.

Even then also, you will be getting 3 lakh of package annually.
