As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for HCL recruitment process.

Eligibility criteria of HCL recruitment:-

1)Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL is 60%
2)You should not have any pending backlogs.
3)Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL recruitment.

No dear, you are even not eligible for the campus drive to sit in. Since, the minimum requirements of any company to sit in their campus drive is 60% through out their 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree, and you are below of 60% in your 10th Grade.
