Can one shift to Private banks after working in public sector banks?
Hi all
I am a chartered accountant by profession and has been selected for UCo bank. I want to know that whether it is possible to shift to private sector bank after working for say ane or two year in public sector bank?? |

Yes,you can shift or switch to private banks after working in public sector banks. You can definitely go for the switch provided you are not in a bond with the current organization with whom you are working. In such case either you have to break the bond, pay the penalty and then switch or wait till the completion of bond period and then go for the switch.

Will it be a good idea to switch to a private company ( non bank) after working as a clerk in nationalised bank for 3 years?

Yes many People do so . When a Public bank employee shifts to private banks mostly get paid more than what ever they were being paid by public Banks. Also they Get a better profile ,Higher rank than the previous one .
As far as work load is concerned Public banks are much better than Private ones. |
