There are two types of Bank. Private sector bank and public sector banks. As far as jobs in Banks are concerned, there are basically two categories in which recruitment are done, namely Clerks and Probationary officer. The maximum age limit to apply for any of these posts in most of the private sector bank is somewhere between 25-27 years and in public sector banks, it is 28-30 years. I am extremely sorry to say that at the age of 33, you will not be considered for any of the posts in private as well as in public sector banks, however, candidates belonging to SC/ST category may be eligible due to the 5 years relaxation, which means that if you are a graduate and if you belong to Sc/St category, you might be considered eligible for the PO exam conducted by public sector banks at the age of 33. |

dear friend,
My friend as you are 33 years old then , sorry to say you that you are not eligible for BANK Exam.. But if you are from SC/ST or OBC class then you can apply for bank exams.. Eligibility for Bank PO exam:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 3.Candidate must be computer literate.
