Which company to join between TCS and Accenture as VBA Developer?
Hi All,
I got offer from TCS and Accenture for VBA Developer after having 2.7 years of experience. But Accenture is paying better around 50 K per annum better than TCS. Where should I join? Regards, Sunil |

Both TCS and Accenture are very good companies and the leaders in the field of IT services. Hence you can opt for any one of them as per your personal interest. The work culture depends more on the clients of these companies as you will have to work as per the project and the client requirements. Since Accenture is paying you more, so it is better to opt for Accenture. Moreover, Accenture is also coming up with employee friendly policies and have good pay structure as compared to TCS.
