What is the cutoff marks necessary for applying Senior Analyst post in HCL in over all academics? Kindly tell me also the job descriptions of this post?

Cut off marks is required to get inside any company through its entrance exam. But with the help of cut off marks you can not predict that you will be assigned which company profile.

So, once you get into any of the company say for example: HCL, you will be hired as a trainee for 3 months and during the 3 months you will be given training and on the training performance you will be given job profile.
