Sir/Madam,
I would like to know the salary of Senior Software Engineer in HCL Technologies. Kindly tell me the salary and also the work of Senior Software Engineer?

Now a days the salary are distributed based on the basis of Band and grade not on the basis of the designation of the employee like software engineer or the project manager and all that.

There are certain Band and grade in which these designation comes and on that basis only salary is distributed.

So, in order to find the salary structure we need to know the band and the group.
Like for trainee Band is B2 and Group is AP1 i.e. B2-AP1 for trainee and in this Band and group employee get 20,000 to 25,000/- per month.
