Now I am going to complete my btech mechanical engg from manav bharti university,himachal pradesh which is a private university. Shall I am eligible to apply for Indian navy jobs?

You can join Indian Navy after B.Tech Mechanical Engineering through CDS exam. CDS exam stands for Combined Defense Service which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

CDS exam is conducted to join following:

Indian Military Academy

Indian Navel Academy

Air Force Academy

Officer Training Academy

Your age should be between 19-24 years.

You must be unmarried male candidates to apply this exam.

Selection Process:

Written exam

SSB Interview

Physical and Medical Test
