Hello Sir,
I have got 62% in 10th, 80% in 12th and 65% in B.Tech. Am I eligible for On-Campus Interview of Capgemini?

Yes, you can definitely attend the On-Campus recruitment drive of Capgemini. Since you have more than 60% in your entire career which is the basic criteria, so you are eligible for the recruitment drive. However, you should not have any pending backlogs. You need to crack the below rounds to be eligible for the interview round.
