As per marks criteria, you are eligible for syntel and wipro recruitment.

HCL, Syntel, Wipro and TCS are multinational companies.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS,HCL is 60%. whereas, for Wipro and Syntel it's 50%.

Candidates should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap in throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL, Syntel, Wipro and TCS recruitment.

Mainly all the top companies recruitment criteria is as follows-

Minimum 60% aggregate in class 10th, 12th and in graduation.

There should be no backlog.

Academic gap is allowed. Academic gap should not be more than 2 years.
