I have done my BE in cse. I am working in MNC mainframe field. I am willing to switch over to the field which has more scope. Please help me regarding this.

It is nice to see your desire of learning new technology. You can definitely switch to other domains. You should switch to a technology whose work matches your interest and comfort level. You can give your future years working on the technology in which you are switching. There are various core domains like Java, C++, etc. where you need to learn a lot. Hence it is easy to switch to a domain where you can pick up the work fast. At this moment if you consider the IT market, mobile technologies like android, ios and web-based technologies like scripting, javascript, html, etc. are in high demand and in future their demand is expected to rise. Hence you should switch to such technologies to get an enhanced scope in the future.
