I have completed my Diploma in Marine Engineering. I want to join SCI for Trainee. Please let me know how I can apply in SCI? Please tell me asap.

I will suggest you to go for the higher study in the same trade that is mechanical Engineering. If you will pursue bachelor's degree in the mechanical engineering then it will leads to more job opportunity as well as you will get more priority by the HR of the different companies. As this will makes your profile more transparent as well as visible to the recruiter. So, Joining SCI as a trainee will not be much profitable as of now.

So, try to focus on the higher studies.
