Call centre job requires degree in any branch with minimum 50%. All you need to have is good English speaking skills along with the communication ability. You need to handle any situation and how pressurized you are. You will be given to handle calls regarding queries of some product, where customers keep on calling you with different questions.

You need to answer all questions patiently without any hesitation. All you need is patience to listen to each and every question and answer them completely.
In order to get call centre job you need to have,

• English speaking , reading and writing skills
• Email writing
• Listening skills is must
• Good and convincing accent
• Much Patience towards everything
• Some analytical skills to handle different situations
