Since, after your B.tech there are many colleges that conducts On campus company recruitment. So, just approach those colleges when your desired company comes and do take placements.

Yes, you can join Mahindra Motors through Off campus drive organized by your college for the Mahindra Group. So, what you need to do is to prepare very well for the Campus and rest will be fine.
