I mean How to get a job for fresher B.E ECE with arrears

I am sorry to state that there is no possibility to get job if you have arrears in your B.E course. You have to clear your backlogs and then apply for jobs.

Ece is one of the most demanding branches of engineering in modern world.Electronics and Communication Engineers can apply for a job in various sectors.They are recruited by many renown companies with a very high salary package.The average initial salary of an ECE fresher is 3-6 lakhs per annum.
