Whatever it might be small or big organization, preparation need to be started after knowing about the recruitment procedure. Even Google and Microsoft has same rounds as other companies. They select candidates after filtering them through these rounds.

• Written Test.
• Technical Round.
• Group Discussion and
• HR Interview.

Written Test:

In this round, you will be given a paper and you are supposed to answer them in time. Prepare the following topics for written test.

This paper also includes questions from Programming which needs to be written and it is lengthy paper.

In this round, you will be tested in your core subjects. Be prepared with your core subjects and try to answer most of the technical questions. Cover all technical subjects from 1st year to final year.

Group Discussion:

In this round, candidates are divided in to groups and are given a topic. Each group has to support their statements. Prepare well with some sample topics daily and try to speak out yourself. Also know about some trending topics.

Some of the GD topics are:

• Which is better to join? An MNC or a start up?
• Should we make everything a technology based?
• What is the position of India in world regarding technology?

HR Interview:

In this round, you will be tested in,

• Problem Solving Skills.
• Time Management Skills.
• Logical Thinking.
• How do you handle situations when you are under pressure?

Here are some interview questions,

• What extracurricular activities were you involved in?
• What activities did you enjoy the most?
• Tell me about a deadline you had to meet. How much advance notice did you have?
• What kinds of decisions are most difficult for you?
• What is the most difficult work situation you have faced?
• Are your grades a good measure of your ability?
• Give me an example of a problem you've had at school and how you solved it.
• What qualifications do you have beyond academics that qualify you to make a successful transition into business?

Tips to prepare for interview:

• Know your resume very well.
• Be ready to answer about anything asked which you have mentioned in resume.
• Prepare more and more mock interviews.
• Make an eye contact with the interviewer.
• Do not argue with the interviewer.
• Maintain grooming standards before going for an interview.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
