I want to prepare for the pool campus hiring by Persistent Company. So tell me how to prepare for that?

Preparation tips for pool campus of Persistent Company :-

- Know the concepts of aptitude well. Have rigorous practice in them as this is the basic requirement to crack the written test.
- Know your domain well, stress on the fundamentals and keep certain subjects as your strong points.
- Have adequate knowledge on the trainings/internships/projects undertaken by you.
- Since it is a software oriented company, so knowledge of IT and basic skills of IT is must.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language is must. Apart from this, knowledge of data structure, DBMS is an added advantage.
- Make sure you prepare yourself with the common HR questions.
- Improve your communication skill to express yourself properly and have good grammatical sense.
- Be confident and aim to deliver your best.
