There are lots of jobs are there in a software companies for the MBA HR candidates.

You have to be very good in communication and interpersonal skills.

You can get many jobs as HR Executive, HR Fresher, HR Recruiter etc.

There are many jobs in software companies.
There are many software companies available in India.

You have to search through net for a job.

Mostly the eligibility will be MBA HR with or without experience.

You have to appear for an aptitude test, psychometric test and HR interview.

So many opportunities in software companies for (HR)MBA postgraduate..

But if you enter into Software company as HR department,you must good communication Skills and good Self motivation Skills..
