Yes, M.Tech from KSOU is approved by UGC.

I have attached the document of UGC approval so please check it out.

After completion of M.Tech degree, you can't apply for private companies. Because private companies consider only regular course.

Yes, surely you will get private sector job after completion of your M.tech from KSOU. So, don;t worry about the state university, just try harder and clear all your concept and apply of the interview and join the Wilkins.
