Monetary value of Capital Asset is countable for Non Creamy Layer?
If my parents sell the agricultural land in rural area. Is this monetary value of capital asset countable for NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE? Consider it as my private income from selling my own land.

If you have got any kind of profit from selling that land, then it will be counted as income for that year. If your annual income doesn't exceed the limit, then you will be under non creamy layer.
Hence, just make sure your income is under that limit. Any money earned from any source will be counted as income. |
