How to check whther my children comes under creamy layer or non creamy layer?


I am working in tamilnadu police department as deputy superindent of police. I want to know whether my children comes under creamy layer or non creamy layer. Please reply me.

Your children comes under creamy layer. Those children whose parents earn more than 6 lakh per annum comes under creamy layer.
As you are working in Tamilnadu police department as deputy superintendent of police, so your salary is above 6 lakh per annum ad your children are in creamy level.

Sir, My Husband is sales officer(private). I am working as a assistant professor in private institution. My income is RS4,00,000 per annum.WE ARE IN OBC LIST. Can you tell me whether my CHILDREN belongs to OBC CREAMY LAYER or not

Sir I related to 3B Catagory.But My income Is 800000/- I Studied in Rural area. Which Certificate I Can Take For Rural benfite.Form No1 or Form No 2 Only....
