Whether I belong to OBC Category if my Income is 60000 per annum?
Respected Sir, I want to know that whether I belong to OBC Category if my Income is 60000 annual? I am very confused about my Category so please answer as soon as possible.

1. The annual income of any individual does not decide whether you belong to general or OBC or SC/ST. If you caste belong to any of list of OBC, SC/ST then only you will be under reserved category.
2. OBC are divided on basis of annual income into OBC creamy layer and non creamy layer. The income limit is 8,00,000 per annum. For this, you need to check whether your caste is in OBC list of either central government or state government. |
