Which one to choose among Accenture and MindTree if selected in both?

I have selected in both companies Accenture and MindTree.......... I'am having confusion about which one to prefer.... Please Help me please.... |

You should take decision after analysis of following points since both these companies are very good and forefront runners in the industry. Moreover you are fresher, so decide properly.
- The learning opportunities in both during training. - The projects and work experience of freshers of previous years in these companies. - The bond of service period. - Communication from home and location offered along with package. More preference should be given to first and second point. Since the number of employees is huge in Accenture so growth opportunities and work pressure is less compared to MindTree. However, Accenture is a high worth company and there is no dearth of projects even during recession times. |

I am a fresher (2021 passout) with a Computer Science background, and received offers from both Accenture and Mindtree, which one should I go for?
