in Tech Mahindra Off Campus Interview
Online Aptitude Test round is available?

Tech Mahindra Off-Campus Drive Selection Process:

Yes, there is an On-line Aptitude test available and is the very first round of Tech Mahindra Selection Process. There are totally 3 rounds which are,

>> LAN or Internet Based Aptitude Test which is followed by Paragraph Writing (Comprehension)

>> Technical Evaluation (Technical Interview)

>> HR Interview (HR Evaluation)

Aptitude Test consists of 70 Questions in total and you are required to prepare Numerical Aptitude Section, Logical and Analytical Reasoning both Verbal and Non Verbal. As far as English test is concerned, you are required to concentrate on Reading Passage, Tenses, Building verbiage, Articles, Sentence Improvement, Subject-Verb Agreement, Confusable Words, Prepositions.

Yes, online aptitude test is available in Tech Mahindra off-campus drive.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Tech Mahindra is,

Tech Mahindra= 60%

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Tech Mahindra recruitment.

Selection process for Tech Mahindra recruitment:-

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview
3. Personal interview

Hello there,

Yes, In Tech Mahindra Online Aptitude test is Available. And Based on Online Aptitude Test the Candidate are shortlisted for the further technical interview and the HR Interview. So, if you have Cleared the Online Test then you are almost 40% selected int he tech Mahindra. Rest of the Interview are only to test your Potential for the company and not more than that.
